Spirituality Is Very Simple

Again we are going to cut through the usual 'spiritual' confusion and go directly to the true simplicity which is at the heart of the matter.

This whole trip of Spiritual Enlightenment, Self Realization, True Liberation, or whatever term you would liketo use, as it is currently understood is so much rubbish that it honestly is hard to know where to start.

You really do not have to limit your true nature to some restrictive ideas of how it should all be. You don't have to sit a certain way, talk a certain way or hold your posture just so, when you walk. All of that is the limitation of the mind trying to create another prison over the top of its present prison.

As if that is going to help anything or change anything....

Your true nature is completely free from all of this. It is totally unknowable.

The chattering mind cannotever 'get a handle on it' and only sees nothing but enemies wherever it looks. The mind is only capable of creating limitation. It is a limitation itself and cannot ever be anything more than that. So it is only stepping out of this chattering mind that will bring freedom from it and relief.

There is really no such thing as the Enlightenment which is bandied around the spiritual arena. This Enlightenment is just a thought, an idea, which has been blown right out of proportion. Blown up all the way to the point where this thing called Enlightenment is totally out of your 'reach'.

And it is true, never will any man or woman attain such grandiose heights as those which are called Enlightenment. This Nirvana. A place of eternal ecstasy and bliss, where you have the ability to walk on waterand manifest money, and whatever else is necessary to live in society today, at will.

This is because it is all a figment of the mind. A twisted, distorted aberration of the chattering mind. A delusion. In other words utter baloney.

All ideas which the mind comes up with about how to behave when unbound by the Self (me, myself, I) are completely bogus and can be tossed in the garbage disposal right now.

It is always so much more simple than the mind can ever conceive.
You already are, and it is quite all right for you to allow yourself to relax as this One.

All of these ideas make it very difficult when the real does shine through.
You then mistake it for being too ordinary or not mystical enough, andthen you create a more exciting version of reality, which is obviously not true, although it may take some time before you are able to discern that.

The down-to-earth reality of life is you are 'doing' over the top of thesimple beauty which is inherently here, and the doing will not stop until youstop doing it. Everything which you are doing has got to stop.

Unfortunately you don't realise that you are doing anything, because itis just normal daily living, and that is where the initial difficulty may lie.

This difficulty is in the facing up to the fact that it is you standing in the way of your true nature, and it is you that has got to get out of the way and leave all of the mindful nonsense alone.
Once this has been seen, and responsibility has sincerely been accepted, then that is the beginning of the end.

No particular conditions are required for you to be your true nature.
Your true nature is that which already is underneath or before every sound, every person, every thing or any thing.

This is a very feminine movement. The male is more aligned to 'doing', so this will be the hardest hurdle for most men. Females have also evolved into the more masculine 'doing' mode due to society and its demands, which means that the ladies don't get out of this hurdle, it just may not be so high.

If you truly see for yourself even once that your true nature is already here and finished, then that is enough. In reality that is all it takes.

You can then relax and get out of the way because your true nature isalready here and finished to perfection.

There is nothing to be done or gained or discovered or conquered.
You already are.

The rest is natural if you stay with your true nature instead of playing in the chattering mind. The words surrender, submit, allow, let go, give in, accept life as it is, are all pointing to the natural movementof your true nature. No technical drawings are required.
You already are. Now stay here.

If you are interested in learning to easily stay here the 'How To' E-Book is of immediate assistance.

Ultimate Meditation

Posted on May 15th, 2008 by jai : freebeing jai

For those of you who truly want to be free and even those of you who have reached a relative state of freedom in awakening from the bind of the mind,  unity, or self-realisation; there is a way.

Julie Sarah Powell is one completely free being as a result of her true intent and application to be free through the "practice" of Elysha's teaching. The irony is that there is no one now to be free or to be. Julie underwent an irreversible change in December 2007 when her Self completely fell away leaving her with no internal experience at all (see http://www.beyondselfnow.com/diary.html).

Julie has written with exquisite clarity so that others might have a guide to letting go into true nature. This is the ultimate meditation.

Having said that; this is not a practice, technique or a map, rather it provides a beautifully simple reminder that this is available to all. Others such as UG Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, and Suzanne Segal have described the nothing beyond self and given clues as to it's unfolding. Bernadette Roberts has described this beautifully and fully as a Christian contemplative. Bernadette is among the few who have moved beyond the self currently alive and known on the planet.

The wonder is that Julie is alive also - in every sense - and that she has been able to communicate her experience of moving into the natural state of beyond Self. Through her words arising from responding to those who also seek freedom she  is able to ease the journey of others into and through what can be a very difficult process of adjusting to these profound changes in perspective. This can be very gentle. What is also very unusual is that she and Elysha currently make themselves fully available to those who truly desire this freedom from Self.
